Original 1966 USA private pressing LP, on Century Records of Western NY (typically, Buffalo or Williamsville address). Record is sealed, with nice pastel front cover artwork and the usual generic back cover (pic of label and of blue sheet is from my open copy, I believe the sheet will be found inside this sealed copy also; it's a thick and heavy package - the vinyl is certainly a nice thick vintage pressing, as well).
