1. DO WE OFFER COMBINE SHIPPING? Yes we do. Please wait until you
have finished bidding, then request an invoice from us and we will do our best
to discount it. It is up to our shipper’s discretion how many items he
can combine or if they can be.
2. DO YOU OFFER LOCAL PICK UP (WILL CALL)? Yes we do and it is free. We are available M-F from 9am to 1pm (you must call before you come). Please complete the eBay checkout by selecting local p/u as your choice. Please note that this option is not available on items that have calculated shipping. 3. HOW SOON WILL YOU SHIP IT? We ship within 1-4 business days from payment
received. Our orders are pulled at 8am so if your payment is received
after that, it will ship on the following day. We are closed on weekends
and holidays so payments received after 8am on Fridays, will ship by 3pm on
Mondays. Some items are tested before shipping and could take up to 10 days
before shipping, eBay will tell you that when it is longer than the normal 1-4
days.
4. WHERE IS THE TRACKING INFORMATION? This is automatically uploaded into eBay
and sent to your eBay messages. Please look there. If you have not
received it within the 72 hours, please contact us through eBay messages.
5. WHAT IF I CHANGE MY MIND ON A PURCHASE? If it is sold with a warranty, you can
return it to us for a refund of the purchase price. Original shipping is
non-refundable. We do not accept returns on items sold as
is. *DOA / Refunds: If it is NOT working, then we will refund your
return shipping cost and ONLY with an approved RMA #. If an item is returned to
us, retested and is working, then the return shipping is non-refundable.
6. WHAT IF I HAVE A PROBLEM WITH MY ORDER ONCE I RECEIVE IT AND IT
IS NOT AS DESCRIBED?
Please contact us first and give us the
opportunity to correct it. We strive very hard for 100% customer
satisfaction. Though it isn’t always possible, we appreciate the chance
to get it right.
7. THE SHIPPING SEEMS HIGH, CAN YOU ADJUST IT? Occasionally, the shipping seems high;
please contact us if this occurs. Please take into consideration that our
handling fee is included. We pack so that your item arrives safely to you
in the original condition that we describe it in. This requires a lot of
bubble wrap, foam, and often a double walled box. Unfortunately the eBay
shipping calculator can often overcharge for shipping especially on smaller
items. Please feel free to contact us for an accurate shipping quote or request
an alternate shipping method. We ship via FedEx, UPS, USPS and DHL. We will
also be glad to ship against your FedEx, UPS or DHL account.
8. DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS? Yes, we do take credit card payments
over the phone. We are available Monday thru
Friday 9am to 1pm for call in payments.
9. WHAT IS YOUR WARRANTY? This item is covered by AAA Imaging solutions 90-DAY WARRANTY unless otherwise stated. Warranty is limited to repair, refund or replacement of equipment, at AAA Imaging Solutions discretion. Warranty does not include cost of rentals, lost fees, or other expenditures. Warranty is voided in the event of customer damage or misuse. Any repair without our pre-authorization will not be reimbursed. The customer is responsible for shipping costs to return goods to AAA Imaging and AAA Imaging pays for the return shipment to the customer. Retain your invoice as proof of purchase for warranty claims. Before sending any items back to AAA Imaging Solution or to any repair centre, please contact AAA Imaging’s eBay department.
10. DO I HAVE TO PAY
TAXES, FEES AND DUTIES? All buyers located in California will pay 8.0% sales tax. If
you live outside of the United States you will be responsible for any taxes,
fees or duties your country may apply.
11. WILL YOU SHIP TO A P.O. BOX? No, we do not ship to P.O. Boxes. We must have the full street address of your house, office or business.
