Payment
All goods are to be paid for through PayPal. This payment method is safe, secure and processes both credit and debit cards via the PayPal service. Please pay for your item(s) as soon as the purchase has been made to avoid delay in the handling and dispatch time. All goods are dispatched within 24 hours of the payment being cleared, however we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

Shipping and Handling
All completed orders received before 3pm will be processed and dispatched the same working day. Unfortunately, we do not ship on weekends or bank holidays.

UK Deliveries
We offer free UK delivery on all purchases with us. All orders are dispatched via Royal Mail First Class and estimated to arrive within 1-3 working days from the original dispatch date. Please note that this is not a guaranteed service and can take longer during busy/seasonal periods. Please allow up to 7 working days from the original dispatch date.

Click & Collect
We offer a free Click & Collect service on all purchased with us. Simply purchase your goods as normal, and choose the Argos Store for Collection. Your purchase will then be sent as normal via Royal Mail First Class to your desired Argos store. It is then Argos' responsibility to inform you once your parcel has arrived and is ready for collection.

European and Internation Shipping
All European and International orders are dispatched through eBay's Global Shipping program. We dispatch orders directly to the eBay Global Shipping Hub located in the UK via Royal Mail First Class. eBay will then complete the remaining delivery process to your shipping address through their Global Shipping tracked service.

Returns
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer a 30-day return policy on all unused items in their original state and manufacturer packaging. Please contact us through eBay "Ask a question" if you wish to do so. We aim to respond to your message within 24-hours (weekdays). Please include your name, invoice/order number and any additional information that could help in speeding up this process. We also advise obtaining proof of postage for your records when you send the item back to us.

Haven't receieved your item?
If you have not received your goods within 7 working days, please contact your local Royal Mail sorting office as it may be there awaiting your collection. It is recommended you take proof of ID with your name and address clearly labelled with you to your local sorting office. If this is unsuccessful, please contact us through eBay "Ask a question".

Receieved the incorrect item?
If you have received the wrong product, please contact us through eBay "Ask a question" where we will gladly send you a Free Returns label. This will allow you to send the incorrect item back to us hassle free and completely free of charge. The correct item will then be dispatched to you, dependent on stock availability. Please note this happens on very rare occasions through errors on our automated packing system.

Item faulty?

  1. If you deem your goods to be faulty on arrival, please return the item back to us for appraisal by our in-house technicians. Please note that if goods are found to have no fault, the item(s) will be returned back to you. If the goods are found with minor/major defects, we will happily offer you either a full refund or replacement. However, we must remind you to return the faulty item within 30 days of purchase.
  2. If your item develops a manufacturer fault during use, please contact us through eBay "Ask a question".
  3. We do not accept items back that are customer damaged, e.g. water damaged, snapped, customer repaired (sellotape/glue) or generally tampered with. Please note the item(s) will be returned to you in this instance.

Changed your mind?
Unwanted and unused items must be returned, unopened in their original retail packaging with the manufacturers seal still intact. Please note, return postage must be paid for by the customer in this instance.
