*Please note all items are custom made for you, this takes time, so there is no same day, weekend or bank holiday dispatch
*Depending on when you order, it may go in the next day or two, but please note there is 3-5 working day dispatch (Mon-Fri) on all items due to them being custom made
*Please note ebay's arrival estimate is just that - an estimate - it doesn't come from me - they do not take into account time of day or if its ordered on a weekend or if its a bank holiday etc
*Free postage is included, please bear in mind its second class and takes a little longer, if you want first please select and pay for that
*All items are made with a heat press and come with washing instructions of no higher than 30 degrees - please note nothing is printed bigger than A4 they are not screen prints
*Older listings don't have a drop down menu to select size, I can't update them without losing my sales history on them, so please remember to leave your size request in the note to seller box when paying, or send me a direct message if there isn't a drop down to choose from
*T shirt brand is listed, if you want another get in touch
*Some designs are on a black background which aren't that visible in the photo, if it can't be cut out this will also be printed on the tee
*If needed for a certain date like a birthday, please get in touch first so I can advise, please don't order and wonder why it's not with you for a certain date if I haven't discussed it with you/you haven't looked at the dispatch info
*All sizes are average, kids can run a little small, if they're already 6 I usually say go with the 7-8yrs over the 5-6yrs for example - if you want to check approx measurements drop me a message
*My usual hours are 10am - 4pm during the week, but I do work two days a week also, so please always give me 24hrs - if messaging on weekends or bank holidays please give me till the next working day
*Any issues with your item please get in touch before leaving negative or neutral feedback or low star ratings - take everything into account listed above - please use 'other' when going to 'contact seller' anything else will open a dispute case, you have 45 days to open cases, please give me a chance to assess the problem and see how I can help before going to ebay, there is usually always an answer, I try to help as much as I can but can only do so if informed of the problem first
*Domestic deliveries second class are quoted as 2-3 working days, first 1-2 working days
*International deliveries - average is 2 weeks but in countries such as the US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, South America and Asia it can be 4 weeks, please allow this time
