XTC TYPE V99/133 for Rega tonearms (and other tonearms with suitable collar)

With end caps, V99 weighs 133gm.
On the right of the photo, with accessory mass rings (at extra cost)
and end caps added, weight is 155gm.

Do remember that you are liable for import duty and local VAT or other taxes.
Whichever V counterweight you start with, additional mass rings are available.
You can substitute mass rings or double them.
The only counterweight you will ever need for Rega and derivatives from NAD, Goldring, Origin Live, Moth etc.
Depending on your cartridge, for Funk Firm F.XR and other light arms, V88 might be more suitable.
Please enquire for collars to fit other tonearms such as Audiocraft, Jelco and SME3009 Improved.
COLLAR SIZE:
Universal Rega collar also fits AUDIOMODS, NEEDLE DOCTOR, ORIGIN LIVE & other Rega aftermarket stubs.
RB250 type arms require a Rega RB300 or similar steel stub.
AUDIOCRAFT - ULTRACRAFT collars are available, VM+ is perhaps your better option.
SME 3009 Improved requires the replacement stub which costs extra.
Using CAD, the design of XTC lowers the Centre of Gravity of cartridge, arm and counterweight
much closer to the plane of the stylus than can be achieved by most other counterweights. The rotational forces
have less vector variation which improves tracking.
These arms have benefitted from XTC: Audiocraft, Funk Firm F.XR, Hadcock, JMW, Mission, Origin Live,
Pro-ject, Rega, Hadcock, Linn, SME 3009 and Well Tempered.

My brother Tim recently bought your counterweight for his new Funk FXR11 tonearm to which I had the pleasure of an
evening with hooked up to my modified Rega 300 bolted to a hot rodded Audionote TT2. Suffice to say my
tracking (Which was already very good) improved greatly sounding like my tonearm had suddenly grown 3 inches! Wow!
I won't bore you superlatives, suffice to say it is the most cost effective upgrade I've ever heard. Reluctantly I returned
it to my brother and vowed to have one ASAP!
