Tree Guards Professional Shrub Sapling Protector With Canes and Ties

Spiral tree guards stand up to all weather conditions; making them the ideal low cost method for protecting young whips, saplings, growing trees, hedges and shrubs.

Using a tree guard will shelter saplings from harsh wind and rain and will also defend the soft and delicate bark from sun rays.

The strong 100% recycled PVC plastic is the perfect material for safeguarding young trees against animals such as rabbits or a wandering strimmer. It also provides a shield against any herbicide spraying.

The spiral guards are easy to fit and will expand as the stem grows allowing for circulation through the air holes and enhancing tree growth.

With a 38mm diameter they can support trees in various sizes and will not shrink, making them an excellent reinforcement for new tree plantations or young hedgerows.

Our tree guards are available with both tree ties and bamboo canes if additional support is required.

Bamboo Canes

18" tree guards supplied with 2ft / 61cm canes.

24" - 39" tree guards supplied with 3ft / 92cm canes.

2ft canes diameter of 6 - 8mm.

3ft canes diameter of 10 - 12mm.

Top quality natural garden canes. Strong and flexible these canes will serve you well and last too.

Please note: Thickness is guaranteed for the thickest end of the bamboo, the thin end is guaranteed to be at least 70% the thickness of the listed size. Sizes may vary slightly.

Tree Ties

Length of 9" / 22cm.

Made from a strong and durable HDPE, however the material is also soft and so is less likely to damage the branches of trees.

Our plant ties are rot proof and being green they blend in well with your plants.
