The SL5 is our best selling set, it offers fantastic value and considerably more fun than a standard boxed Scalextric Set. The SL5 ARC PRO Extended, with 2 cars, considerably expands the layout.

Set Information

All the track to make the layout shown
2 Digital Cars, ARC PRO Powerbase, 2 Wireless Throttles
Size: 9ft 8in x 7ft 8in : 2.95m x 2.34m
Lanes length: 54ft 9in - 16.69m

Everything you need to Race is included in the Package - Track, Powerbase, Power Supply (UK as Standard), Controllers & Cars. If the track has an elevated section Track Supports will be included, but for more complicated layouts more substantial supports would be advisable. The Digital Plug Fitted Cars supplied will be the cars shown.
If you want to change the cars, select from our digital cars and email us before ordering.
We may substitute these cars for similar ones if sold out.

PLEASE NOTE - Cars for all our SL Sets are supplied unboxed. The iPad is not included.
ARC Powerbases can be used without a Tablet/Smart Device + App, however the experience is most enjoyable with the extra functionality the App brings. If you prefer we can substitute the ARC Powerbase for a C7042 digital powerbase and the required wired throttles. Email us before ordering.

1. Quick Race This mode allows you to create a number of custom events of any type which can be accessed quickly in the future. 2. Practice This is a non competitive mode in which drivers try to achieve the best lap time over a number of set laps. 3. Grand prix Competitive mode in which drivers race over a set number of laps. 4. Endurance Competitive race mode in which drivers race for set amount of time. 5. Tournament Competitive mode in which drivers race head to head over a set number of laps or for a set amount of time. 6. Drag Race Competitive race mode in which drivers race on a long straight. Lap Counting & Timing See your current and remaining lap times Tyre Wear Add another dimension to your race by monitoring your tyre wear and choosing the right time to pit Fuel Usage When your car runs out of fuel pit stops will be required - miss the pits and risk disqualification Jump Start Penalty This allows you to define the number of seconds a jump starting driver will be penalised Race End Type This defines when the race will end. standard ends the race once every driver has crossed the line after the winner. All finish will only end the race after each driver has completed the full race distance.
