This knife complies with all eBay knife  regulations.  Please note this is not an automatic knife, the blade does  NOT open with the push of a button.  You have to move the blade with the  notch on the side of the blade for about 45 degrees, at that point the spring in  the hinge will move the blade to the full open position.
