Welcome to this listing for a Vaillant thermostat.

The transformer is new and unused but the packaging is damaged.  The box was factory sealed and only opened by ourselves for the purpose of these pictures, on inspection of the unit we did notice a couple of little marks as shown on the attached pictures.  

We will ensure the unit is shipped well wrapped to be delivered safe and sound.
