Sterilized 18k Gold Plated on 925 Sterling Silver 22g nose "L" stud has a really tiny 1.25mm plain ball and the 7mm length wearable. The size of the ball is barely noticeable and you can also use as a nose retainer because it is really really small. "L" shape is very comfortable to wear in nose piercing.
