This is one piece of New Microwave technology, Inc.MwT-17 Series 500MHz - 12GHz High Linearity Low Noise GaAs MESFET, Part Number: MwT-1783. This FET starts with Die Chip Form MwT-17 and packaged in SOT-89 package MwT-1789, and packaged in Package 83, become MwT-1783 (which is this part we are selling). Since I have not find MwT-1783 in MwT Standard catalog, I believe this flange mount device is a custom part designed for higher P1 application. Use bottom 3 links to figure out how to use this FET if you are experienced RF engineer. Also, please note the frequency range is wide for this transistor unmatched, but the device is ideally suited for narrow band application.
