 The USA-630 II is continuing to evolve in Custom Autosound’s quest for the perfect classic car radio. This radio has large OEM style push-buttons that give a perfect look in a classic dash. Although it looks classic it has the latest modern features that include an iPod doc. Navigation for the iPOD includes artist/song/album/playlist all from the buttons on the radio. A great feature so you can keep the iPod hidden away in your glove box or console. The USB input is still there on the back of the radio and allows you to plug in a USB flash drive for playback of MP3/WMA song files. The new alpha numeric display shows the song/artist/album titles during playback of flash drive (thumb drive), iPod files and RDS radio station information. As an option you can get Bluetooth music streaming from your Bluetooth capable phone or Bluetooth compatible player with the BLUKIT. The radio can even advance the songs on your phone buy using the track up button on the radio. It will also mute the music while to take a hands free phone call through the radio. With 300 watts peak the radio should have all the power you may need, if you want more there are four pre-outs jacks on the back of the radio for optional amplifiers. The back of the radio also has auxiliary audio input for satellite radio or any portable player you may wish to use.

Custom Autosound's dual voice coil (DVC) speakers are designed to give you exceptional sound quality from your classic car or truck's original mono speaker location. These speakers provide up to 70% more cone surface area than conventional dual speakers. This gives you improved bass response and 140 Watt power handling. Both of your radio's stereo channels will connect directly to one DVC speaker for stereo sound.

Custom Autosound ‘kits’ (modifies) each radio to fit specific vehicles so the radio fits your dash right out of the box.


All Custom Autosound radios with Auxiliary input (USA-230, USA-630 and USA 740 radios) include a 26" aux-in cable. The RCA jacks connect to the aux-in on the back of the radio. The 3.5mm mini-stereo jack plugs into the headphone or line out jack of your your iPod, MP3, CD etc. If this is not the style of connector on your portable device, you may need to purchase the appropriate cables or parts separately.  


LIMITED WARRANTY

If your product does not work properly because of a defect in material or workmanship,

Custom Autosound Mfg.,Inc. (the Company) will for the length of the

period indicated below, which starts with the date of original purchase

(“Limited Warranty period”), at its option either (a) repair your product with

new or refurbished parts, or (b) replace it with a new or refurbished product. The

decision to repair or replace will be made by the company.

During the “Labor” Limited Warranty period there will be no charge for labor.

During the “Parts” Limited Warranty period, there will be no charge for parts. This

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the radio come with a harness?
All radios come with a new wiring harness that you will need to connect to your vehicle's electrical system.

Can I use my Original Knobs?
Original radios were "D" shafts and our radios are split shaft. To make the originals work you need to remove the insert and install a piece of metal for the split shaft.

Where is the Auxiliary Input?
The RCA auxiliary input is on the back of the radio to maintain the classic styling on the face of the radio. The cable is included with the radio.

How Deep is the Radio Itself?
The USA-230 and USA-630 require 6.5" of mounting depth.
