RETURN POLICY
We are committed to providing the best customer satisfaction possible. We
will gladly refund or replace any defective item and most non-defective
items. However, we reserve the right to charge a restocking fee of up to
20% of the order. Buyers are responsible for all shipping costs for
returns. Please contact us before making returns so we can issue you an
RMA number. Shipping costs are non-refundable under any circumstances.
Returned items must be sent back in new-condition with original cases/packaging
unopened unused in its original box, prepaid, with a copy of the invoice for a
refund/exchange. Within 14 days of receipt of your order, you may return
products that:
Are in their original packaging
Have original manufacturer information
Are not used, installed, or disassembled
Are not damaged due to incorrect installation
Do not have missing parts, hardware or instructions
The following orders are not returnable:
Custom or special orders
Automotive repair manuals
Electrical Parts and Components (Such as: ECU's, Push Button
Units, relays, air mass meters, etc)
Please make sure any electrical parts are correct before purchasing.
We are not responsible if item lost during shipping, please
insure your items. Business days are Monday to Friday from 9am to 6pm
Pst, excluding US national holidays. Any orders placed or payments are cleared
after 12 p.m. on a business day, during the weekend or on a US national holiday
are considered orders placed on the following business day. We will only
ship to the address provided with your PayPal payment. Please do not email us
with a separate address to send your items to.
We will issue an exchange or full refund if the incorrect
item was shipped or your item is received defective or if for any reason that
you are not satisfied with our product or we if in any circumstances we have a
wrong price or a typographical error on an item and or item # is on back-order
and stock is insufficient we reserve the right to issue a full refund and will
not be held responsible. We will gladly send out Return Shipping Label to your
email if in the case of a defective part or an error on our part such as the
incorrect item was shipped to you etc. Otherwise, we will not be held liable
for return shipping cost. Customer is responsible for all shipping cost.
All Return credits are processed within 10 days of arrival , please allow up to
2 weeks from the date of return shipment for a credit to be processed.
Refunds
We will issue a full refund for any returned products when your return meets
the above requirements. The cost of shipping will be credited only in those
instances where the return is a result of our error.
Once we have received your return, conducted an inspection of the return, and
verified that your return meets the above guidelines, a full refund will be
issued. All applicable sales taxes will be refunded. The cost of shipping will
be credited only in those instances that the return is a result of our error.
C.O.D. shipments will not be accepted.
Items not purchased from RPM Auto Parts will not be accepted.
Labor
We will not refund any labor costs incurred by you or the installer of the
products purchased at this website.
Sales Tax
For shipments to California addresses, we are required by State law to collect
Sales Tax.

While we strive to insure that orders are filled correctly and parts are
shipped undamaged, we realize that this isn't always the case. We reserve the
right to cancel any orders that have been price/priced items incorrectly and or
quantity(s) of item (s) are on back order or stock is insufficient.
