Cancellations

Contact eVitaminStore through the eBay message center within within 24 hours if you need to cancel an order. We will cancel the order and provide you with a full refund.

Returns

Customers have 30 days after receipt of their order to request a return through the eBay message center. eVitaminStore will honor requests for refunds (with the return of the item) or merchandise exchange. Return shipping will be paid by the buyer, unless the return request is the result of a mistake made on the part of eVitaminStore (mispick, poor packaging that results in the item being damaged, etc.).
