If your SP1400 has unexpectedly stopped working, you're getting the warning 

"Parts inside your printer are nearing the end of their life" display lights are flashing etc. then chances are your waste counter needs resetting.

 The Stylus Photo 1400 stops working after a pre-defined number of prints or cartridge changes. Almost all of the time the Print Protection Counter simply requires resetting, something this disc will do.
