This is a dollhouse (miniature) item.

This is a colorful set of 3 loose pencils (Al Chandronnait), crafted in dollhouse (1:12) scale and displayed in a small glass tumbler by "Falcon Collectible Miniatures".  The real glass measures a scale-accurate 7/16" (11 mm) tall.  The decorative (i.e., they don't write) pencils are almost 5/8" long and display well on a teacher's desk or by the dollhouse phone.
