8mm length will fit you perfect if your hood got shallow after years of wearing jewelry in the piercing.
10mm is normal size after healed piercing.
12mm is the size if you have a little deep piercing or if you just like to wear the long barbell. 12mm is about 1/2" size and it can also be used in the healed Christina piercing. of you can also use these barbell in the navel or nipple piercing too.
