STORE POLICY

1. We accept Pay-Pal only. Payment must be received within 5 days from the time the auction/sale is finalized.

2. Unpaid items will be Re-listed after 6 days (please contact us via e-mail for any additional time needed).

3. We will only ship to the address listed on the account provided by eBay, we only ship to lower 48 states, shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Guam,

& Puerto Rico requires an additional charge unless shipped via USPS (See ad for details).

SHIPPING & HANDLING:

1. All items leave our warehouse within 1 business day (Excluding Saturday, Sunday, and bank holidays) once payment is received.

2. Delivery time may vary depending on carrier, please refer to the tracking number provided in the invoice.

3. Items delivered by UPS cannot be delivered to a P.O Box, please make sure to read carefully all details within the ad to avoid delays in shipping.        

4. We ship internationally by USPS Priority Mail International, delivery fee and times are very based on destination.

Please note WE DO NOT PROVIDE WARANTY for International shipping. This service doesn't provide a tracking number only delivery confirmation.

5. Local pick of item is only allowed on certain items, & may carry a fee. Please read ad for more details, or contact us via email

RETURN POLICY:

1. We do accept returns for either exchange or refund within 7 days of delivery (Please contact us via email before returning the item).

2. Shipping & handling charges are non-refundable. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping cost.

3. Delivery cost will be charged for any exchanging items. Restocking fee of 15% will be charged on all returns. Unless seller agreed otherwise prior to return

4. Item must be returned in condition received (Tags & Packaging).

5. We do not accept returns of such items as: final sale items, lingerie, swimwear, underwear, & perfume.

6. Items valued over $100 will be shipped requiring a signature, if you do not want to require a signature, you "MUST" contact us as soon as you pay.

OPEN / MISSING BOX ITEMS:

1. Some of our items are Open/Missing Box items. These items are either shelf pulls, store displays, overstock/discontinued, or returned items.

2. All items have been fully inspected, & those who found to be in working order and in good condition are then re-sold at a discount price rather than

returned to the item's manufacturer. Original packaging and/or contents may show minor signs of handling.

3. Items have been fully tested and are in 100% working condition with no visible physical damage (scratches, dents, etc.) of any kind, unless noted otherwise in the ad.

OTHER:

We do all that is within our powers to provide excellent customer service to all our buyers. If you think there is a reason to leave negative or neutral feedback,

please contact us via mail before, and we will try to resolve the problem as soon as possible.

We only respond to mails sent through the eBay mailing system. All emails with questions, concerns, etc... should have the product they concern attach to in order for us to assist our customers better.

We will not respond to any email outside the eBay system. We reserve the right to do so for future references regarding eBay cases, and training purposes.
