This listing is for a POSTCARD, cap made in the Kremlin, the postcard was copyrighted 1995. This great postcard shows The Cap of Monomach of the Second Order made for Peter the Great. It was from the Treasures of The Czars held August 2, 1995 - December 31, 1995 at Kansas International Museum, Topeka, Kansas. It is 4.125" wide X 5.875" tall. The information on the back reads:

The Cap of Monomach of the Second Order: Made in Kremin workshops for Czar Peter Alexeivich (Peter I, commonly known as Peter the Great) for the dual coronation with his older brother, Ivan, who wore the original Crown of Monomach. Ivan V was 16 and Peter 10 when they were crowned in 1682. Made of gold and studded with precious stones it is trimmed in sable in the form of a traditional Eastern headdress.

It is in Excellent unused condition from the estate of a couple that traveled extensively. It has an undivided back.
