Please note, that delivers made by Yodel/My Hermes/DPD/Parcelforce/DHL /Parcelforce/DHL will require a signature so therefore someone must be at the address for delivery. (From date of order, It usually takes 2/3 working days to date of delivery)
If the courier attempts to deliver and no one is at home a card will be left. Customers must call the courier ASAP to re-arrange delivery. A 2nd delivery attempt is usually attempted within 2 working days from the 1st attempt. Should these deliveries be attempted and fail, the parcel will be returned to us and a fee will be charged for re-sending/refunding the item. Please do be aware that Yodel/My Hermes/DPD/Parcelforce/DHL take photos of their delivery attempts + keep detailed records which can be used as evidence.
