Our preferred method of payment is PayPal, the safest and easiest way to pay for items on eBay. The courier service we use for parcels is Interlink Express though from time to time they use third party services. All items will require you to be in when delivery is attempted, as these items require a signature. For large pallet items we will inform you of courier when booked. 

We aim to package our items to protect them in the journey to your door, in some cases; items can get damaged in transit. If this is the case with your item, please refuse the delivery and get in contact with us as soon as possible and we will try to resolve the issue quickly.

We can also facilitate collections if you prefer to pick up your item in person. If you wish to collect, please message us prior to arriving so we can prepare your items. Our collection address is.

Items that are listed as “For parts or not working” are sold as described and do not carry a warranty. We advise you to ask any questions via eBay about the item before you make any bid or purchase if you any concerns about the condition of the item.

Our refurbished items are thoroughly checked over by one of our expert engineers. They are cleaned to make them as good as possible cosmetically although they may have the odd minor scuff mark etc... Any major damage will be mentioned in the description or seen in photos.

If an item is listed as New sometimes they packaging may be dirty, damaged or resealed. In some cases we check items before listing which means the box has been opened though the item is new. Any questions please ask.

 Returns

Please be aware that items listed as "For parts or not working" or "Untested" can only be returned if there is an error in the listing not because you have received it and you find it doesn't work!

If for any reason the customer has to return an item please contact us via eBay first so we can try and resolve the situation. Items should be returned to our business address and the postage and packaging are to be paid for by the customer.  

Items MUST be sufficiently packed any damage caused in transit may affect any refund.
