All orders are dispatched within 1 working day. If your order is placed after 3pm, it will be dispatched the following working day.

Return of Unwanted Goods

Unwanted goods must be returned within 30 days of purchase. You will be responsible for the return postage charges.

Please make sure the item is securely protected in the parcel and that it is in its original condition, complete with all packaging. If it has been opened or used, or is not in a re-sellable condition we will be unable to process your refund.

We recommend that you obtain proof of postage from your post office as we cannot be held responsible for items which are lost or damaged.

Please Note: We do not refund Postage and Packaging fees. In the instance the item(s) ordered included "Free Shipping", Carousel reserves the right to charge £3 to cover our Royal Mail postage costs or £7 to cover our courier costs.

Return of Faulty/Damaged Goods

If you receive an item that is faulty or damaged, please let us know within 30 days of purchase.

We will either refund in full, or replace the faulty item free of charge.
