- Orders placed before 4pm on Friday 90% of the time will still arrive on Saturday although this is not guaranteed by Royal Mail.
- Online tracking is available, the tracking number is emailed directly and also uploaded to ebay for you to check. If you didn't get this or can't see it just email us for the tracking number
- Signatures or authorised scan are requested so we cannot deliver to PO boxes.
- Items are insured, amounts depends upon the service used
- International orders are shipped with full tracking by Spring Global who pass the parcel to the local postal service or courier in your country and requiring signature or acceptance scan on delivery, and at a flat cost of £7, outside of Europe the cost is £9
