Manufactured by LCR these are premium quality MPC Metallized Polypropylene axial capacitors, 13000pF (so 13nF & .013uF) at 1500Vdc, close 5%
tolerance.

circuits involving high currents, high voltage and very
steep pulses.
These capacitors combine the self healing properties of
metallised foils with the high current characteristics of metal
foils and the low dielectric loss of polypropylene.
