Animal Alphabet Book In German Hete Koppen c.1945

This charming German ABC book is titled Tier (Animal) ABC. The letters of the alphabet are illustrated with a variety of creatures - everything from a monkey to a snake to a butterfly. The nicely colored line drawings have the word for the animal in German underneath. The book was published by Verlag Koppen-Kuster at Wilhelmshorst near Pottsdown, Germany. The illustrator was Hete Koppen. There is no date in the book, but it's from an estate of a woman who worked in Germany in the late 1940's. A similar book with a flower alphabet by the same author, which I also have listed, is given a date of 1945 by several copies for sale online.
The book is paperback, and measures 5 3/4 by 8 1/8 inches. The only bibliographic information is on the back cover. The pages are lightly toned. The covers are a bit darker with some foxing and a small tear on theleft edge on the back.. I found no copies of the booklet listed for sale online. Charming!
