We ship through Australia Post eParcel and Star Track nation-wide courier services, depending on the size of the item.

Most consignments are registered and include tracking. You will receive an email with tracking information when your item is dispatched. You can also call the store during business hours for tracking information.

Please allow up to 2-10 business days for delivery, but exceptions can occur with delivery services during peak periods.

1. Goods are eligable for return if item arrives damaged, not as described or not in normal working order.
2. If goods arrive damaged we must be contacted within 24 hours of delivery or warranty may not be honoured.
3. Returned goods must be received by us within 14 days of you receiving a Return Authorization.
4. Goods must be returned in original packaging, complete and in clean and new condition.
5. Goods must be packed well, protecting the original packaging.
6. Goods must have your original invoice or copy of your invoice included.
7. Cost incurred for return of goods are the responsibility of the consumer (unless otherwise arranged).
8. We will be advised by the distributor if the product will either be repaired, replaced or refunded.
9. In the event of goods being damaged or faulty on arrival a replacement item will be given, unless not in stock, a refund given(unless otherwise arranged)
