Return orders must be accompanied by all FREE items which may have been included with the order. Due to the nature of this product we CANNOT accept returns for OPENED or USED lotions. We will accept returns for NEW lotions that are UNUSED, UNOPENED and sealed as they were shipped to you for a refund or exchange. Buyer will have to pay shipping costs to return the auction.
