The size 8 will fit upto a 32" bust and 28" waist.

The size 10 will fit upto a 34" bust and 30" waist.
The size 12 will fit upto a 36" bust and 32" waist.
The size 14 will fit upto a 38" bust and 34" waist.
The size 16 will fit upto a 40" bust and 36" waist.

They are 35" long from the shoulder to the hem.
