QUALITY OF SERVICE

All new products are listed and described as per the manufactures current descriptions, they do change product from time to time but we aim to make the changes as soon as they tell us and keep our listings current at all times.

We will send you an email to confirm the total price of your order, if ordering multiple items we will combine postage for you and give you the best rate we can. We will send your items in high quality packaging and we aim to send the same day as you pay, our local post office is closed Wednesday and Saturday from lunchtime and all day Sunday. We will email you the tracking number of your parcel so you can log on to the Royal Mail or Carriers website to track your item. Please allow a reasonable time for them to deliver your item and when leaving ratings for us remember to rate our service and not that of the post office or carrier. If you do have any issues please contact us first before leaving feedback or detailed seller ratings and we will work with you to resolve them. With your help we will deliver the products and service you expect.
