The skirt has a elasticated waistband which when fully stretched measures 42 inches (can be made larger if required), with a VERY FULL double layered 10 inch baby blue check skirt  with a gathered white cotton frill.  The attached blue petticoat has a frilled hem which has been edged with a white scalloped lace.  The skirt has been completed with two baby  satin bow movable clips which change the look for the skirt, looks totally AMAZING A REAL HEAD TURNER TOTALLY UNIQUUE AND ORGINAL.
