| If your purchase was listed with free shipping it only applies to lower 48 states all others must email for shipping quote prior to purchase (note: free first class mail applies to all US addresses). Items will be shipped within 1-2 business days of payment and many times the same day. We ship promptly Monday-Friday (No Holidays). Shipping addresses are imported from Ebay and Paypal so please be sure they are up to date. Generally smaller items ship USPS and larger or heavier items will go UPS ground. See item description for charges and or quotes. We do not intend to make money on shipping and base charges on item weight, materials, and time to process order. If you feel our shipping rates are not reasonable on a particular item please feel free to contact us and we will evaluate. |

Terms of Sale
| All items have a no hassle 14 day return policy unless otherwise noted in description. You must first obtain authorization before items are returned. All items must be returned in same condition they were sent, with all contents/packaging complete and intact. Shipping costs are non-refundable and buyer is responsible to safely return item to us(Fradon lock will pay return shipping only if return is due to our error). Items returned due to buyer error may be subject to a 15% restocking fee. We are dedicated to making your purchase an enjoyable experience.
