Is this memory compatible with my computer?

If your model is in the title of this auction, 4AllDeals absolutely guarantees compatibility. If your model is not in the title - we recommend contacting us prior to ordering. You can check compatibility by calling our support line directly, or by pulling a stick of your current motherboard memory out and checking the MHz frequency. You should also check your motherboard specifications for maximum module density per socket.

What brand is this?

The manufacturer of the memory varies. We purchase from the top RAM manufacturers and only put the 4AllDeals and warranty on grade A memory and guarantee the modules for life. Common manufacturers are Samsung, Hynix, Kingston, Micron etc.

What if it doesn't work?

4AllDeals has technicians based in St. Louis, MO available to assist you 5 days a week, 10 hours per day from 8am-6pm CST. Most e-mail is answered within 48 hours (M-F). If we can't get it working, we'll gladly find the memory that will work for your system, or give you your money back!

If you choose not to check-out now, there is no need to contact us to arrange payment. We will automatically send you an e-mail within three hours of auction close. Returns

If an item is returned to us within the first 30 days for credit, we will give that credit minus the original shipping charge.
Please note: The "Free Shipping" is a service that is provided to you. Any returns for a refund that used "free shipping", regardless of reason, are subject to a $3 deduction for the cost of materials and shipping paid. By purchasing this item you agree to this term.

Before items can be returned for replacement an RMA # must be obtained by contacting us.

Replacements

Please notify us immediately if the item you ordered is defective. Defective parts must be returned to us before a replacement is sent.

Items being returned for credit must be returned within 30 days of purchase date.
