Front text is the verse of the famous song:

Where the girls are so pretty,
I first set my eyes on sweet Molly Malone.

She wheeled her wheelbarrow,
Through streets broad and narrow,
Crying cockles and mussels, alive, alive oh!....."

Back caption reads, "MOLLY MALONE STATUE, GRAFTON STREET, DUBLIN."

Card No. 2/752 published by John Hinde Ltd.

Split back; used, postmarked 1997 and mailed to Dorset.
Inked note reads,
"17 Feb -
Judith and I have just spent half term in Dublin & thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
I have had 13 replies for the reunion so far & have asked Pam to book us a space
in the old chapel. I'm staying with my mother for a few days as it is my father's
