These are supper heavy duty duffel like bags originally designed to carry camouflage netting support poles, these are the snow white variant as opposed to the green camo style.
They Are New Old Stock from the military.They new in the box but military cases were just the bags in box without anything to protect them from dust and rubbing inside the box. They may have some may have some dust light rub marks from box and some yellowing.
But they are probably going to get that the first time you use them anyways.
They should make excellent boat bags, the way the strap hangs the bag vertical over your shoulder makes it easy to walk down the gangway without clearing a path.
