Description

The Sigma 50mm f/1.4 DG HSM Lens is a fast standard-length prime designed to achieve high optical performance through the incorporation of both three Special Low Dispersion glass elements and one molded glass aspherical element. These elements, coupled with an advanced optical design, work to minimize sagittal coma flare and chromatic aberrations in order to provide high image sharpness and clarity. The lens` large diameter and floating system also help to correct for vignetting to ensure maintained peripheral brightness. A Super Multi Coating has been applied to lens elements, too, to reduce flare and ghosting for higher contrast and color fidelity.

A Hyper Sonic AF Motor, along with an optimized AF algorithm, produces quiet, smooth, and fast autofocus performance that benefits this lens` use in a wide variety of situations. This AF motor also permits full-time manual focusing control for refined precision by simply turning the focus ring at any time.

Return Process:

  1. For any return, buyer need to contact us first to get a Return Merchandise Authorization ** (RMA) number and return address within 2 business days. 
  2. Buyer need to return the package back to us within 7 business days once the RMA number is supplied.
  3. 3. Buyer need to state the RMA number outside of the returned packet so that it can be verified. All returns without RMA number outside the package will be rejected.
  4. All returns must be packed securely for shipping and shipped via traceable means (please email us the tracing code once you ship item back. Any lost or damage while shipping back, we will not cover it). The returned product MUST be in original and perfect condition as received.
  5. Buyer will be refunded or provided exchanged product according to the return terms.

Return Postage and Restock Fee:

  1. In case of product is dead on arrival or mechandical defect within return period(30 days), buyer will not be charged any restock fee(15%) and return postage.
  2. In case of the return is not related to any product issue, like buyer purchase by mistake, buyer will need to pay both the restock fee(15%) and return postage.

  • Removal or installation of the product.
  • Causes external to the product, such as electric power fluctuations or failure.
  • Use of supplies or parts not meeting the product's specifications.
  • Normal wear and tear.
  • Any other cause, which does not relate to a product defect.
  • Removal, installation and set-up service charges by any third party.
  • Water damage of waterproof products are not covered.

  • A description of the problem

A technical support representative will determine if your problem is covered under this warranty agreement. If the problem is covered, you will be contacted with specific instructions regarding how the product must be returned for repair or replacement.

    • Yes, our products are 100% brand new, genuine. We don't sell fake or used or refurbished goods.
  2. Can I choose the shipping company?
    • Sorry, at the moment this is not possible. But the shipping company chosen for you is the safest, cheapest and fastest one. 
  3. What if I want to change the color/mount of the items after purchased?
    • We can only help you if the product has not been shipped out. Please send us an email after you made the order, we will help you arrange. But this is not a guarantee.
  4. If the item received is damaged or lost, what shall I do?
    • If possible, do not sign when the package is damaged. Report to us immediately, keep all the packaging materials.
