Skirt measures, across waist = 9 1/4", top of waist to bottom of hem = 15 1/2", Jacket measures, shoulder to shoulder = 12", shoulder to end of sleeve = 16 1/2", top of collar to hem = 17". It was purchased at Nordstorms. I believe the pictures do not give it justice on the color, to me it is more a greenish-blue.
