Each system is used but works perfectly and includes the box, charger, and stylus.  Each is guaranteed to work!

Here are more detailed descriptions of each of the available systems:

Black New 3DS XL:  There are no scratches on either of the screens.  The outside of the unit has a few light scratches on the top and some on the bottom.  Firmware 11.5.0-38U. 

Red New 3DS XL:  There are no scratches on either of the screens.  The outside of the unit has some light scratches on the top and bottom.  Firmware 11.6.0-39U.

Galaxy Edition New 3DS XL:  There are no scratches on either of the screens.  The outside of the unit has some light scratches on the top and bottom.  Firmware 11.4.0-37U.
