SINCE THIS IS A LIGHTED PIECE WE DO INCLUDE A CLIP IN LIGHT WITH BULB THAT RETAILS FOR $4.95. The pieces will be fired to a cone 04 and the house measures 12" tall x 7" wide x 5" deep.
