Payment
Paypal is the normal means for payment.
ALL "Buy it Now" listings require immediate payment.
ALL Auction format listings are required to be paid by the 3rd day.
If you feel you have a unique circumstance, please contact us regarding the payment.
Shipping
We ship using UPS or USPS for all Destinations in the USA,
and USPS for International shipments.
Buyer is responsible for all shipping costs, including any applicable insurance, taxes, tariffs or duties.
Goods typically ship within the same day if possible.
We are not open on weekends. All sales from the weekend will ship on Monday.
We do not ship on customer company shipping accounts (e.g., UPS or Fedex).
Terms of Sale
We strongly encourage buyers to do their own research before buying.
We can often answer the questions you may have as well. We want our customers to purchase the items they are actually looking for, and to be satisfied with what they receive.
If you need clarification on any item, please send us a message that we may respond to before you make your purchase.
We make a good effort to represent each item with an accurate description reflecting the details and condition.
Please examine the photographs we provide. They are intended to add to the details of the description. We try to make the listing as clear as we can to assist in your purchase decision. Our pictures will normally show everything that is present with the item listed. If it is not pictured, it is most likely not included in the sale.
Our listings are normally offered with a 30-day return privilege.
If you have changed your mind about the purchase, you may return the item to us. Return shipping is at the expense of the Buyer. We do not refund original shipping for standard returns. Returns are usually subject to a 20% restocking fee of the items original purchase price. Items will be inspected for condition when they arrive.
Items that are stated to be offered "AS IS" are considered to be exactly that, having any conditions that may be present. These items are normally sold with the expectation that they are not intended to be returned.
We do back the items we sell based on the specifics of each listing.
If an item proves to be DOA, or have other issues when you receive it, we will address the circumstance and find a solution to the problem. A full refund will be provided if needed.
New items that are in sealed packaging for product protection
are NOT refundable as NEW if they have been opened.
Your funds for the purchase will be refunded to your PayPal account, normally within 24 to 48 hours of the item being returned.
If you do need to make a return of your purchase, please contact us within the 30-day period from the point of delivery, to arrange for a Return Authorization.
We will provide you with shipping instructions at that time.
The item must be packed and shipped in a manner that preserves the condition the item was in when it was sent to you (eBay Policy).
