A "PRESIDENT 1908" veteran car featured on a PIN or HAT BADGE, made of plastic with a domed face, 2" or 52mm in diameter and about 3/16 or 5mm thick at the centre, pin fixation on rear, maker name? to rear, weighs 5g unpacked.

It is old (probably late 1960's era) and most of the printing appears to be Russian?  

It is in overall excellent condition, including attachment function.
