They are complete and in good condition, but because they are customs, they were not always made to the same standards as vintage figures, and sometimes have loose joints, slightly worn paint apps, and reversed rivets in the shoulders or elbow. All of these are normal for these factory made custom figures, SO PLEASE TAKE A LONG LOOK AT ALL THE PHOTOS TO BE SURE YOU WILL BE HAPPY WITH WHAT YOU RECEIVE.  From the collection of a longtime GI Joe fan currently liquidating his toys.
