The Original Cuff Wrist and Ankle Weights have been used in hospitals for over 30 years and are proven to be effective in rehabilitation therapy for strength and stamina. The Original Cuff Weight has a long velcro closure strap that assures comfort and stability as it snugly fits the ankle, the wrist, and even the thigh, staying securely in place even through the most strenuous workout program. The Original Cuff Weight features heavy-duty materials and double stitching throughout. The weights are color coded and marked with both pounds and kilograms. Weights are constructed with a grommet to hang on any pegboard-type rack.
