Ingredients per tablet:
L-Arginine hydrochloride (361.75 mg), L-Lysine hydrochloride (300 mg), L-Ornithine hydrochloride (225 mg), dicalcium phosphate, microcrystalline cellulose, magnesium stearate, silicon dioxide, sodium site trade, glycerin, sodium cellulose, and hydroxypropyl methylcellulose.
Dosage
Take four Tablets once to twice a day on an empty stomach before going to bed.
Athletes or bodybuilders one hour prior to a workout.
Do not take combined L-Arginine, L-Lysine and L-Ornithine formulas if you've been diagnosed with herpes viral infections or if you're taking medications to lower your blood pressure.
