All our items are new in the box/package unless otherwise stated in the listing.

SHIPPING: If item is listed as FREE SHIPPING it applies to the 48 contiguous US States only! We ship USPS and UPS and choose based on destination and our cost.

COMBINING PURCHASES: We will combine on all items purchased at the same time through eBay's cart. Send eBay request via cart to update cost prior to payment.

INTERNATIONAL BIDDERS: If you choose USPS first class, there is no tracking - only confirmation once it has delivered to you in 4-6 weeks. We will not ship as a gift or reduce the values. Any taxes and/or fees charged to you upon pickup are not covered by the shipping you pay to us. Check with local customs to determine any fees and/or taxes you may have to pay.

ISSUES WITH PRODUCTS: Any issue with a product received should be handled in the eBay resolution center.  Any guarantees or warranties implied on product packaging are through the manufacturer. 

RETURNS: Returned merchandise must be unopened and in its original packaging. We cannot accept resealed/re-stapled packages. Please use the eBay Return system. We reserve the right to charge a 15% restocking fee.
