Used in HP early equipment including military, they have a magnifying bubble lens which gives them their distinctive retro look. These ones are an epoxy 12 pin DIL package with gold plated legs. They are 3 character with the first lens been blank. Pin connections can be seen above in one of the photos, and the datasheet is available by googling the part number.
