The outer material is MVP, a breathable waterproof material and is lined with soft fleece.

The hat can be worn with the ear flaps up or down can be secured using Hook & Loop (as seen in the pictures). The hat also has a Hook & Loop adjuster at the back of the hat and an elastic draw-cord with toggle inside. There is also a wire inside the rim to shape the peak as desired.
These are designed to fit your head as desired to eliminate heat lost and wind penetration.
