We use Royal Mail Tracked 48 for all Free Postage orders. If you have paid for DPD Next Day Delivery or Royal Mail Tracked 48 / 24, then the Tracking Number will be emailed to your once we mark your order as Despatched. Every order paid before 2pm will leave our Warehouse on the Same Day. (Monday - Friday)

RETURNS - 
You may return ANY ITEM within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.). 
If the reason for return is due to it being the wrong size, and you still require the item but in a different size, then please send us an eBay message. We have most items in ALL sizes and can easily arrange a swap to the correct size.
