VEHICLE FITMENT: Please, if you are unsure of the fitment for your vehicle, contact us with your VIN for verification. We will gladly exchange uninstalled parts for the correct part, given the price is the same. Ebay Compatibility is assumed to be accurate, but cannot always be trusted. There are too many variations between, engine, trim level, cabs, etc to rely solely on that feature. Please do not hesitate to contact us.

A copy of the invoice will need to be included with the return.
There is a 15% restocking fee charged against all returned parts.
Shipping and freight is non-refundable.
Parts must be resalable and in the original packaging.
We cannot take back used parts.
We cannot take back installed or tried parts.
We are not responsible for missing items 30 days after the order has been delivered.
Electrical and parts considered "hazardous goods" are not returnable.
We do reserve the right to refuse and return any parts we find have been installed, are used or do not meet the above criteria.
Return request need to be within 30 days of receipt.
We follow Mopar's parts warranty policies and guidelines. We are unable to warranty parts for international orders,
export vehicles and vehicle's with a restricted VIN according to Mopar.
WARRANTY: Mopar® parts and Magneti Marelli offered by Mopar® parts installed by an authorized Chrysler Group LLC dealership or studio are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 24 months / unlimited miles for both parts and labor. Mopar® parts sold wholesale to an automotive service facility and installed by a professional technician are warranted against defects in workmanship for 24 months / unlimited miles for parts and up to $150.00 in labor. Mopar® parts and Magneti Marelli offered by Mopar® parts sold over the counter for vehicle owner or do-it-yourself installation are warranted against defects in workmanship or materials for 24 months / unlimited miles for parts exchange only. Warranties are only good in the USA. Items made for USA vehicles may not work on vehicles made outside of the USA.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS: The buyer is responsible for paying duties, taxes, and applicable customs brokerage fees separate from the merchandise cost. Buyers will usually pay these fees upon receipt of the shipment. Buyers may also be charged once they receive their package. These additional charges are completely out of our control. We have no way of knowing what or how much those charges may be, so be aware of your countries import fees prior to purchase. We cannot be held responsible for any additional fees. We will NOT falsify international shipping documents as gifts.
