Warranty Conditions:
We only entertain genuine claims, phone MUST NOT be physically opened, manipulated or altered, attempted Jail broken phones are not accepted for returns. We hold right to decline any false claims. Also, phone must not be taken to any repair shop or other technician that voids the warranty.
Return Policy:
1) Returned item must be new & original condition without installation damage or marks. Otherwise, will not be qualified for exchange, no exception!
2) If you received a DOA (damage on arrival) item, you must take pictures on the damages of the item and its packing box/bag, and email us within 48 hours to get approval for replacement.
3) Return shipping fees must be paid by buyer. No exception!
4) If you order the item by your own mistake, we have the rights to refuse exchanging the item or you have to pay 20% restocking fees.
