ITEM:
Vintage 1950s stretch knit long leg girdle panties with hosiery garters. Although their are no brand & fiber tags, these are identical to several others that we have listed that were made in the USA by Flexnit, and made from a stretch knit is made from 50% Acetate, 35% Rayon, and 15% Rubber. Has four garter straps with four metal and rubber garters to hold up your hosiery.
Size: Tagged S for waist 25/26
Unstretched, laying flat, waist measures 15"
Laying flat, outer leg length measures 16"
CONDITION: Deadstock / Vintage New Old Stock without the tags. Elastics / stretch ability are very good. We gave this a light hand wash with an air dry to rid it of dust. It cleaned up nicely.
NOTE: This is a true vintage garment. You may (OR MAY NOT) find faint colored tiny/very small sized age related marks here or there. This is not uncommon for garments/fibers of this age. These marks will typically lift out with a proper laundering and/or a light soak in an Oxyclean or light bleach solution.
